I would like to aks you what are you doing when you see a profile from a underage child.

Look at it and going further with what you doing??

hi5's Terms of Service state someone must be 13 years of age or older. Many I see on here are clearly younger than that so I am very curious as to what others have to say about this.

When I see this kind of profiles I ALWAYS see the kid's friends (first of all) and after the kind of comments he/she has on his/her profile. It was doing this that I repported to Kathy some names......

Anna Bela good point, but why send it to Kathy, you can report them by your self.
Because if more people did that the underage children where delete quicker of Hi5.

Because I don't know how to do it!!!!! And Kathy never say to me to report directly to hi5. I trust on her. I gave her names and she said that she will take care of that. So....once again, THANKS KATHY.

Even though the instructions on how to send in reports are posted in my Journal I'll post it here too.

Click on 'Help' (found at the top of every page in hi5)

Click on 'f. Reporting Abuse and protecting yourself online'

There you will find the following options >
'How do I report copied photos or a fake profile on hi5?'
'How do I report harassment by another member on hi5?'
'How do I report spam on hi5?'
'What do I do if I find something offensive on hi5?' (which would include anything not showing here)
'How do I report nudity or pornography on hi5?'

Click on any of those that are about what you want to report & it will give you some advice on how to handle it. If you want to report an underage child you can click on any of the above & it will bring up the form needed.

At the bottom of those pages is 'Click here to contact hi5 Support' which will bring up a form to be filled in.

Make sure to fill in >
Your email address (the one used for hi5)
Your name (your first name will be enough)
What type of abuse are you reporting? (Select One but for an underage child select other)
Please describe the abuse issue you are reporting or the problem you are experiencing with another member (All you need to send is the url for the profile - group - photo you are reporting & a quick reason why .. For ex: this person looks too young to be in hi5)

Click on Send & you will see a ticket number - SAVE IT until you get the acknowledgement email from hi5 letting you know they received your report.

Once you get this email you dont have to save the ticket number any more as it will be in the email.

If you are reporting individual photos .. please go to the profile of the person with these photos & click on each photo. Above that you will see 'Report Abuse'.

If the profile is private then please use the above form but please make sure to include the url where the offensive photo can be found.
